Exchanges
We want you to love your fit! We happily accept exchanges for sizing issues.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- You can exchange your item for a different size of the same product.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with your Order ID and the new size required.

Returns
To maintain our high hygiene and quality standards, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.
Returns and refunds are only possible if you receive a defective or damaged item.
- If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide a clear unboxing video or photographs highlighting the damage or defect.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a return pickup and issue a full refund to your original payment method, or provide a replacement.
